Job Description:

Mandatory Experience & Technical Skills

Experience Level

10 years of overall SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP Finance (FICO)
Minimum of 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation cycles (Greenfield or Brownfield) with hands-on ownership across design build and deployment phases
SAP Finance Core & Architectural Expertise End-to-End Solution Design
Proven experience in designing and implementing global finance templates across multi-entity multi-country landscapes
Strong understanding of enterprise structure design including alignment with business legal and reporting requirements
Ability to define scalable and standardized finance architectures that balance global consistency with local compliance

Deep Configuration Expertise

Organizational Structure Setup

Hands-on expertise in defining and configuring:
Controlling Area
Operating Concern (CO-PA)
Company Codes
Chart of Accounts

Financial Framework & Accounting Design

Strong experience in setting up and managing:

Ledgers (Leading and Non-Leading)
Multi-currency configurations
Segment reporting
Fiscal year variants and posting period controls

Master Data & Hierarchies

Expertise in designing and maintaining:

Cost Center and Profit Center hierarchies
Internal Orders and Order Types
GL Account Groups and master data governance

Asset Accounting

Deep knowledge of:

Chart of Depreciation
Depreciation Areas
Asset Classes and lifecycle management

Core Finance Process Expertise

Strong hands-on experience across:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting
Intercompany Accounting
Deep understanding of financial close processes reconciliations and compliance requirements

Controlling & Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Advanced knowledge of Controlling and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Ability to design profitability frameworks that enable granular business insights and reporting
Experience in aligning CO structures with management reporting and decision-making needs

S/4HANA Implementation Expertise

Strong exposure to S/4HANA finance innovations including Universal Journal and simplified data models
Proven ability to drive end-to-end implementations including:
Requirement gathering and solution design
Configuration and build
Data migration and reconciliation
Testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment

Custom Enhancements & Interfaces

Extensive experience in identifying gaps in standard SAP and driving custom
solutions
Hands-on involvement in:
Interfaces with external systems
Custom objects (RICEFW)
Enhancements aligned to business-specific requirements
Strong understanding of integration patterns and data consistency

Integration & Stakeholder Management

System Integration

Strong experience integrating SAP FI with:
Legacy ERP systems
External platforms and digital applications
Deep understanding of data mapping and reconciliation across:
FI-GL
Business Partners
Payment gateways

Stakeholder Communication

Ability to work with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to:
Translate technical concepts into business language
Drive discussions toward clear decisions
Manage conflicting priorities effectively

Specialized Contract Accounting (FICA) / BRIM
At least one full-cycle implementation in SAP FICA or BRIM / Convergent Invoicing

Familiarity with subscription-based or usage-based billing models

Treasury & Banking

Experience in configuring and managing:

Bank Communication Management (BCM)
Payment processes and bank integrations
