We are seeking talented professionals across all levelsfrom early-career specialists to senior and lead advisorsto join our Sydney team. Whatyoulldo
Depending on your experience and role you could:
Develop and implement communicationandcommunity and/ orstakeholderengagementstrategies
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors
Contribute to business development proposals and capability growth
Lead or support transformation and change initiatives across large complex projects
Design interventions that drive adoption culture and performance outcomes
Mentor and support colleagues fostering a high-performing collaborative team
Whatwerelooking for
Our ideal candidates bring a mix of technicalexpertise strategic thinking and interpersonal skills:
Experience incommunicationscommunity and/orstakeholder engagementsocial impactchange management ororganisationaltransformation
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams to deliver outcomes
Experience in Energy Water Transport or Built Environment sectors is highly regarded
For senior roles: proven success in leading complex programs managing teams and growing advisory capabilities
Early-career applicants with strong potential are encouraged to apply
Tertiary qualifications inCommunicationsChange ManagementHRorsocial workor related fieldshighly regarded.
