Job Summary
Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is excited to expand our Food & Beverage department and Housekeeping with multiple casual dual role opportunities now available.

This dual role combines responsibilities across both Food & Beverage service and Guest Room Cleaning. You will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive service in our food and beverage areas while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Food & Beverage Service
- Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
- Menu Expertise and Recommendations Confidently recommending food and beverage options
- Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests promptly addressing their needs and striving to exceed their expectations.
Guest Room Cleaning
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms including making beds vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated hours.
- Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning targets and operational goals.
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
- Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9.00am
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour
Saturday: $38.78 per hour
Sunday: $45.24 per hour
Qualifications :
Successful candidates will have:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
- Good physical fitness and stamina with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests team members and contractors.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
