Primary Role:
Provide assistance and support to the Central Office to ensure the effective and efficient operation. The receptionist will act as a central point of contact supporting both employees and management across various functions ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment and aligning TMSA initiatives with business goals.

- Previous office experience in an education environment

- Organized and multi-tasking skills
Skills Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive communications including taking calls responding to emails and interfacing with stakeholders
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
- Using various software including but not limited to Word spreadsheets databases and presentation software.
- Order and maintain inventory of supplies necessary for the smooth running of office operations
- Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned
