Were seeking a high-energy strategic sales leader to take on the pivotal role of Regional Manager Business Development (RMBD) for our Los Angeles County region. Youll lead a seasoned team of sales and account professionals drive strategic initiatives and champion the launch of innovative new offerings that directly impact healthcare outcomes. This is your opportunity to lead with influence build with intention and grow with purpose.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of core and specialty sales reps and account managers across LA County.
  • Drive strategy and execution for regional sales goals performance plans and revenue growth targets.
  • Launch and scale new products and diagnostic innovations - turning complex offerings into clear compelling value for our clients.
  • Foster a strong culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement within your team.
  • Engage with top-tier clients including physicians clinics and C-suite stakeholders cultivating meaningful relationships that drive long-term loyalty.
  • Serve as a cross-functional connector aligning your teams efforts with lab operations marketing and corporate strategy.
  • Develop future leaders by hiring mentoring and coaching top talent while constantly elevating your own leadership toolkit.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 5 years of sales experience in life sciences diagnostics or specialty healthcare; 2 years of leadership experience preferred (direct or indirect).
  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider environments especially physician offices and specialty practices.
  • Proven success in leading teams within a matrixed complex commercial environment.
  • Strong business acumen - able to translate insights into action and lead change across regional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Willingness to travel 5075% with a valid drivers license.

Pay Range: $130000 - $155000 base sales incentive plan

All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.

The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics underthe plan.

Benefits:Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical Dental Vision Life STD/LTD 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible toparticipatein the 401(k) Plan only.
