About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python to design develop and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with data scientists backend engineers and product teams to build intelligent systems that drive business value.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building training optimizing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy machine learning models using Python
• Build scalable ML pipelines for data preprocessing training and inference
• Work with large structured and unstructured datasets
• Implement model evaluation validation and performance optimization
• Deploy models into production environments
• Monitor model performance and retrain as necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
• Optimize models for scalability and efficiency
• Maintain documentation and best practices for ML development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as:
  • Scikit-learn
  • TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Pandas NumPy
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression classification clustering etc.)
• Experience deploying ML models into production
• Knowledge of API integration for model serving
• Strong understanding of statistics and model evaluation techniques

Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP or Computer Vision
• Experience with LLMs or Generative AI
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with MLOps tools
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with big data tools (Spark etc.)
