Architect and deliver scalable secure and governed Azure infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise best practices.

Drive automation-first mindset by developing scripts and applications using tools like Python PowerShell or C#.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor across multiple products/projects ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

Review validate and challenge technical solutions to maintain engineering excellence and innovation.

Independently design solutions with minimal supervision and troubleshoot complex production incidents effectively.

Mentor and guide team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing collaboration and continuous learning.

Lead initiatives end-to-end - from ideation to delivery - while identifying opportunities for process and tool improvements.

Manage and lead engineers across levels ensuring alignment with delivery goals and organizational objectives.

Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders articulating technical decisions and business value while constructively challenging perspectives.

Ensure adherence to risk security and compliance controls within cloud environments.

Follow and champion Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
