Job Title: Event Sales Coordinator Position Summary: The Event Sales Coordinator supports the event sales team by assisting with client communication event planning logistics and administrative tasks to help secure and execute successful events. Key Responsibilities: Assist with creating and sending proposals contracts and event packages Communicate with clients via email and phone to answer questions and confirm details Maintain and update event calendars databases and sales documents Prepare BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and ensure accuracy with client needs Coordinate internal communication between sales catering operations and kitchen teams Attend sales meetings and help track leads follow-ups and event progress Support day-of event details as needed to ensure seamless execution Help prepare sales reports and assist with marketing materials
Qualifications: Strong communication and organization skills Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks Customer-service focused and professional Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Event planning hospitality or sales experience preferred but not required
