Tasks
THE ROLE
As a Roofing Sales Representative at Flagstone you operate like an entrepreneur inside the company. You will generate leads canvass neighborhoods run appointments inspect roofs and close deals in your assigned territory.
This is a fast-paced field-based role with constant movement and change. You will manage your own pipeline track your performance and push opportunities forward with urgency. We provide systems process and production support but execution is on you.
This role favors action over discussion and results over excuses.

Roofing or in-home sales experience is preferred but not required for the right performer.
