This Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in content creation digital communications and the coordination of key initiatives including internal communication distribution product demowebinarsupport awards management andcustomer engagementsupport. The ideal candidate is eager to learnorganized and passionate aboutcontentmarketing and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting editing and distributing internal communications across multiple channels (email intranet newsletters etc.).
  • Support the management of award submissions and communicate wins
  • Support social media scheduling and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate host and report on product demonstration webinars to support effective engagement and feedback from internal and external audiences.

Content Marketing Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications Support
    • Draft edit and distribute internal communications across email intranet newsletters and other internal channels to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
  • Internal and External Awards Management Support
    • Maintain a calendar of relevant internal and industry award opportunities.
    • Assist in preparing nomination materials gathering supporting documentation and submitting entries.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect success stories and project highlights for award submissions.
    • Track award application statuses and help communicate wins and recognitions both internally and externally.
  • Social Media Support
    • Assist in creating scheduling and publishing content on company social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Facebook Instagram and Twitter).
    • Assist in tracking and analyzing metrics and compile regular reports on campaign performance.
    • Help design and edit digital assets (graphics videos banners) for use in various marketing campaigns.
  • Product Demo Support
    • Organize and schedule product demonstration webinars for internal and external audiences.
    • Collaborate with product teams to prepare webinar materials presentations and demonstration scripts.
    • Assist in hosting live webinars managing technical logistics and responding to participants questions.
    • Track webinar attendance gather feedback and report on outcomes to improve future sessions.

Qualifications

  • Fresher - Pursued / currently pursuing a degree in Communications Marketing Digital Media Journalism ora related field.(For a graduate - passing year should be 2025 & for Post graduate -passing year 2025 or 2026)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. content management systemswebinarplatformsvideo production).

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude willingness to learn and a collaborative spirit.
