Role Definition
Create highquality technically accurate learning content for the Mining Technology Academy by building learning modules multimedia assets simulations labs and assessments based on approved instructional designs and content standards.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Development: Develop learning modules videos simulations labs assessments and supporting materials in line with approved instructional designs storyboards and MTA content standards.
• Technical Accuracy & Fidelity: Ensure learning content accurately represents mining operations MineStar products workflows configurations and realworld use cases by working closely with SMEs and reviewers.
• Multimedia & Interactive Development: Create and integrate visuals demos simulations recordings and interactive elements to enhance clarity engagement and learner effectiveness across learning formats.
• Content Updates & Maintenance: Maintain and update existing learning assets based on product changes platform updates learner feedback and review outcomes.
• Standards Compliance: Adhere to defined content templates style guides tools and review processes established by MTA content governance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Instructional Designers SMEs reviewers and Program Managers to support smooth execution and timely delivery of learning content.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Mining and or MineStar Product usage/ support or similar.
• Strong ability to translate technical material into clear learning content
• Handson experience with content development tools (Articulate PowerPoint LMS platforms video authoring/editing tools)
• Experience working with technical SMEs and structured reviews
