Job Summary
Strata Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Industrial Electricianwith a strong background in industrial electrical construction specifically within the oil and gas sector. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned projectsfrom planning and budgeting through execution and closeoutwhile ensuring safety quality profitability and client satisfaction.

Typical job size is between $200K to $1M
Typical crew size between 2 to 6 people
Oversee project lifecycle: estimating support planning scheduling procurement execution and closeout
Develop and manage project budgets forecasts and cost controls
Coordinate field crews subcontractors vendors and internal resources
Review drawings specifications and contracts to ensure compliance and scope clarity
Manage change orders RFIs submittals and documentation
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company standards
This is a field position presence isrequiredduring construction operations
Maintain strong client relationships
Participate inproject meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
Identifyrisks and implement mitigation strategies
Installmaintain and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings
Diagnoseand troubleshoot electrical issues
Read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical drawings
Install and connect wiring conduits switches transformers circuit breakers and other electrical components
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
Investigate andproblem solvetodeterminemost efficient way to install changes to existing electrical service
Lead mentor and direct less experienced electricians
Qualifications
Qualifications
High School Diplomarequired
5 years ofIndustrialElectricalConstructionexperience
2years experienceas Project/Crew Lead for Electrical Construction project in the Oil and Gas Industry
Master Electrician License preferred. Journeyman Electrician Licenserequired.
PMP certification preferred
Electrical Construction Estimating experience preferred
Strong experience in oil & gas facilities (upstream midstream or downstream preferred)
Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems power distribution motor controls and hazardous area classifications
Proven ability to manage budgets schedules and field personnel
Strong knowledge of NEC (or applicable electrical code)
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel to job sites asrequired
Experience with Class I Div 1 & 2 installations
