This is an onsite position in Chula Vista CA.

What You Will Do:

Work directly with Airlines Airline Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) facilities & Brokers providingcustomersupport for aftermarketrepair orders

Communicate with customers by telephone or electronically to provide information about organization productsandservices manage customer accounts and address customer concerns.

Process customer orders and quotesin accordance withStandard Work procedures.

Promote products/services to ensure business targets are met.

Provide after-sales support for client contracts to ensure customers satisfaction.

Coordinate withoperations shipping and inventory warehouse toexpediteor trace shipments.

Perform duties related to overall customer service and account management.

Consistently customer service needs toidentifypatterns andmaintainquality.

Provide periodic reports to management andbe responsible forleading real-time problem resolution activities

Must Have Qualifications:

Typically requires a university degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience in customer service OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in customer service.
Experience with account management business processes distribution and/or logistics

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing and or Repair processes experience
Ability to read engineering drawings
Leading Kaizen/Continuous Improvement activities
Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent business system a
Experience with Power BI and CRM a plus

The salary range for this role is 95500 USD - 181700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
