Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Troubleshooting Resolve hardware/software issues for on-site or remote users providing L1L2L3 support as required.
- Asset Management Install upgrade and configure workstations laptops and peripherals.
- Platform Management Manage virtual desktops (VDI) application streaming and remote workforce platforms.
- Service Desk Support Adhere to ITIL processes for incident resolution tracking and documentation in ServiceNow or similar systems.
- Patch Management Ensure timely deployment of OS updates security patches and application software.
- User Support Collaborate with VIP/high-priority users and provide deskside support as necessary
- End User Computing (EUC) Support role ensures seamless operation of desktop environments (Windows/Mac) virtual desktops (VDI) and user hardware (laptops printers mobile devices).
