Job Description:

  • IT ISEUCSTOOLSSCOM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Troubleshooting Resolve hardware/software issues for on-site or remote users providing L1L2L3 support as required.
  • Asset Management Install upgrade and configure workstations laptops and peripherals.
  • Platform Management Manage virtual desktops (VDI) application streaming and remote workforce platforms.
  • Service Desk Support Adhere to ITIL processes for incident resolution tracking and documentation in ServiceNow or similar systems.
  • Patch Management Ensure timely deployment of OS updates security patches and application software.
  • User Support Collaborate with VIP/high-priority users and provide deskside support as necessary
  • End User Computing (EUC) Support role ensures seamless operation of desktop environments (Windows/Mac) virtual desktops (VDI) and user hardware (laptops printers mobile devices).
