Were looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in a hands-on varied role. Youll work alongside the People & Culture Manager and leaders managing training and development activities and supporting people projects that make a real difference. If youre proactive organised and passionate about building skills and capability wed like to hear from you.

About the role

Youll play a key part in shaping our team and culture through effective learning strategies. No two days are the same but you can expect to:

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions keeping skills and compliance up to date
• Develop and maintain learning resources and programs
• Support people projects that improve the employee experience
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and deliver practical solutions

This role offers variety responsibility and the chance to see the real impact of your work as part of a supportive growing team.

What youll bring

• Tertiary qualifications in HR Business Education or related field (essential)
• Experience in L&D or a HR/People & Culture role
• Strong knowledge of Australian workplace law and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with HR systems and learning platforms
• Experience with L&D in a trade environment (desirable)
