Youll play a key part in shaping our team and culture through effective learning strategies. No two days are the same but you can expect to:
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions keeping skills and compliance up to date
- Develop and maintain learning resources and programs
- Support people projects that improve the employee experience
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and deliver practical solutions
