The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Learning Specialist within the Corporate HR Team who will support the design and delivery of high-quality learning solutions across Orora. Reporting to the Global Learning Manager the role will take ownership of smaller-scale learning initiatives content and process while contributing to the delivery of larger global programs in partnership with the broader Learning team. This position works closely with stakeholders across the business to build leadership culture and compliance capability for diverse audiences.
At times this role requires flexibility to operate across multiple time zones supporting stakeholders and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver smaller-scale learning programs and projects including compliance training and targeted learning content etc.
- Develop engaging digital learning content using eLearning authoring tools and support deployment through local LMS platforms
- Support the wider Learning team on components of larger-scale learning programs including the Global Leadership Program
- Support and manage learning systems and processes including compliance reporting and assessment tools
- Facilitate or co-facilitate virtual learning sessions and masterclasses for global audiences
- Continuously improve learning assets and processes using feedback data and business insights
- Provide ongoing support and distribution of learning content including tools and resources to support performance and development
About You
- Minimum 3 years experience designing and developing high-quality learning and digital learning content
- Strong grounding in instructional design and adult learning principles across digital virtual and face-to-face learning
- High level of technical confidence using eLearning authoring tools and design platforms including Guroo Rise Adobe Creative Suite Cloud or similar
- Confident stakeholder partner with the capability and willingness where needed to facilitate virtual learning programs
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for learning with a strong focus on feedback and continuous improvement
