Ecolab Healthcare ANZ supply equipment services and consumables into Hospital Sterilising Departments (CSD) Endoscopy units Day Surgeries and other key Healthcare and Life Science facilities throughout ANZ.
Due to continued evolution were looking for a Business Development Manager Endoscopy to lead growth across Victoria Tasmania South Australia and Western Australia. You will be working with hospitals day surgeries and clinical stakeholders to deliver innovative endoscopy equipment consumables and workflow solutions.This is a strategic and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys clinical engagement solution selling and long-term account development across both public and private healthcare sectors. Based in Melbourne you will have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally with internal divisions to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs. If you are a high performing sales consultant looking for an opening in the medical capital equipment field then this may be your opportunity.
Youll take ownership of a large and high-potential territory partnering with clinicians procurement teams and reprocessing departments to deliver value beyond the product improving clinical efficiency patient safety and procedural outcomes. This role blends commercial strategy technical expertise and relationship leadership giving you the autonomy to build a strong regional presence and drive sustainable growth.

To be successful in this role you will ideally be:
Proven track record in business development
A consultative empathetic approach - with a results orientated mindset
Highly skillful in negotiation influencing and closing sales with both the private and public sectors
Ideally experienced in Endoscopy scientific capital equipment salesor hygiene sectors
