Claims Specialist
About the opportunity
The Claims Specialist will work within the Delivery Operations division of WorkSafes Return to Work Victoria business unit. The Delivery Operations division has a focus on achieving improved performance outcomes for injured workers on the Scheme aiming to improve the rate of early sustainable and safe return to work as well as quality of service to both injured workers and employers.
The roles main purpose is to provide technical expertise to Agents focussing on entitlements return to work and quality decision making. This role will be primarily responsible for overseeing and improving the performance at the second entitlement review period (130 week). This role will be expected to be flexible in supporting these and other projects within the branch and division dependent on business priorities.

About you
You enjoy working to make a difference as a Claims professional with demonstrated experience in second entitlement. Your communication and organisational skills are exceptional and you have the ability to work to tight deadlines in both an autonomous and team capacity.
