Brand & Advertising Manager
Location: Miami Fl
Position Summary:
The Brand & Advertising Manager supports the Brand and Product Marketing team by leading the strategic development and execution of integrated brand and advertising campaigns. This role drives high-visibility brand launches oversees creative development and production and manages go-to-market execution across channels. The ideal candidate brings strong brand management or agency experience excels at cross-functional collaboration and ensures all marketing communications align with brand positioning tone and visual identity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of large-scale integrated brand and advertising campaigns across multiple channels including video digital social audio and out-of-home
- Partner with external creative and advertising agencies to brief initiatives guide creative strategy and oversee asset development from concept through launch
- Manage campaign production including shoots asset creation timelines budgets talent and usage rights
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to ensure timely effective campaign rollouts
- Ensure all campaign assets align with brand positioning messaging tone and visual standards throughout the marketing funnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. PR CRM digital trade media) to ensure integrated execution and consistent brand expression
- Create and maintain campaign brand guidelines in partnership with creative agencies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand integrations and partnerships leading planning activation and execution
- Partner with media teams to define KPIs and evaluate campaign and integration performance
- Support annual budget planning and manage campaign and production budgets to ensure cost efficiency and adherence
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications Business or a related field required
Qualifications:
Required
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in brand management advertising or integrated marketing
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to manage creative production processes including budgets timelines and asset delivery
- Experience managing external creative or advertising agencies and guiding work from brief through execution
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational time management and communication skills
- Comfortable working hybrid
- Comfortable in a temporary role
Preferred
- Experience leading large-scale brand launches or national marketing campaigns
- Background working with partnerships sponsorships or brand integrations
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and applying insights to optimize future work
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40.00/hour paid weekly on Fridays.
