Job Summary
This is a leadership position suited for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges mentoring teams and engaging directly with clients. The role will work closely with the founders and a highly qualified global engineering team operating under a follow-the-sun delivery model supported by our Global Delivery hub at Hyderabad India.
This position is designed as a growth role and is expected to evolve into a Head of Operations role with full P&L ownership as the company scales.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical reviews and define engineering solutions for utility-scale Solar and BESS projects
Oversee design quality engineering standards and project delivery across multiple engagements
Mentor and develop multidisciplinary Technical and engineering teams at Hyderabad India
Collaborate with clients developers and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class technical advisory services
Support the development and implementation of engineering workflows QA/QC processes and best practices
Partner with leadership to strengthen delivery capabilities and operational scalability
Contribute to business growth through client engagement strategic account expansion and technical leadership during pursuits
Who We Are Looking ForMinimum 10 years of experience in utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects
Strong experience managing engineering teams and client relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead technical design reviews and provide strategic engineering guidance
Deep understanding of grid-connected renewable energy projects and project lifecycle delivery
Experience working with developers IPPs utilities or engineering consulting organizations
Professional Engineer (PE) License Preferred (Electrical discipline strongly valued)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in scaling a growing consulting platform
