About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Fircosoft to support enterprise sanctions screening platforms within a large banking environment. This is a core engineering role focused on design development configuration and performance optimization of high-volume transaction screening systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Fircosoft-based sanctions screening solutions
Configure and support Continuity V6 Screening Preparation and Firco Utilities
Build Java-based integrations using Java J2EE Spring Boot and PL/SQL
Develop scalable microservices and messaging-based systems
Monitor production performance and optimize system stability
Collaborate with compliance product and operations teams
Support enterprise architecture and platform modernization initiatives

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Fircosoft (Continuity V6 Screening Preparation Firco Utilities)
Java J2EE Spring Boot development experience
IBM MQ or Kafka messaging systems
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Microservices architecture and distributed systems
Shell scripting
Experience working in enterprise banking or financial environments
SDLC production support and performance tuning experience
Exposure to AWS Kubernetes and CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing or upgrading Fircosoft platforms
Legacy system modernization or re-architecture experience
Cloud-native or containerized deployment experience
Understanding of compliance risk or sanctions operations

Eligibility

Must be local to one of the listed locations
Must be available for full onsite work (no remote or hybrid)
