Job Summary

Position: Accounts Payable professional/Bookkeeper (part-time)

Work Location: Newark NJ 07114

Pay rate: $22.00/hr

Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion

Shift: Flexible schedule option to work either 3 or 5 days per week 24 hours per week

Dress Code: jeans and sneakers casual

Job Description:

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Review code and enter invoices
Assist with vendor communications and inquiries
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Support the accounting team with general bookkeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Prior Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping experience required
Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software is a plus
Experience with Mineral Tree (third-party invoice processing system) is a plus
