Job Summary

We are looking for a temporary Bookkeeper that is looking to be a part of a great team. This is a onsite role located in Larkspur.

What you will be doing-

Perform monthly General Ledger accounting close tasks
Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations for the assigned entities
Fixed Asset and Inventory management
Ensure the timely deliverable and accuracy of the journal entries and reconciliations
Research and resolve discrepancies between the GL and supporting documentation for assigned areas
Contribute to our monthly flux analysis & provide variance analysis
Support internal and external audits and ad hoc projects as needed

Your background

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Understanding of current GAAP standards
Minimum 3 ofyears of relevant accounting experience
Experience with large or mid-sizeERP systems
Proficient with Excel
