Product Liability Attorney (Practice Attorney)

About the Role:

We are seeking a senior attorney with 15 years of experience for a non-partnership track position within our Products Liability practice. This role is ideal for a highly experienced litigator who thrives on autonomy strategic case leadership and sophisticated litigation work without the pressures of partnership pursuit.

You will manage complex high-exposure matters from strategy through resolution working closely with industry-leading clients in cutting-edge sectors. This is an opportunity to take ownership of significant litigation while operating within a collaborative high-performing team environment.

Our Products Liability Practice:

Our team defends product manufacturers suppliers and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort matters. We represent clients at the forefront of innovation including industries such as:

  • Medical devices
  • Pharmaceutical

What You Will Do:

  • Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy
  • Lead complex product liability or commercial litigation matters
  • Draft briefs correspondence and responses to written discovery
  • Oversee document collection review and production
  • Conduct causation and/or failure analysis
  • Handle multidistrict litigation and coordinated state proceedings
  • Deliver exceptional client service and strategic counsel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offices and practices

Who You Are:

  • 15 years of experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex cases
  • Strong case management skills and exceptional work ethic
  • Team-oriented with excellent client service abilities
  • Skilled in drafting discovery management and litigation strategy
  • Experience with multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Active member of the Bar in the state in which you reside and able to waive into or barred in the State of Washington
