Job Summary
Role: Salesforce Product Manager CPQ & Billing
Location: Remote
Exp: 12
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders technical teams and external partners.
Gather document and analyze business requirements related to CPQ Billing and Revenue Recognition workflows.
Drive configuration and administration of Salesforce CPQ Billing and related applications.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers to define and validate system enhancements and technical solutions.
Lead and support SalesforceNetSuite integrations including data flow mapping validation and troubleshooting.
Respond to technical and functional queries related to Salesforce Billing CPQ and ERP integrations.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end users during rollout.
Provide in-depth support for Salesforce applications including tool configuration access management and application behavior.
Maintain clear documentation of business processes system configurations and data flows.
Participate in ongoing optimization and enhancements of QTC systems and workflows.
Required Skills
8 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis Technical Program Management or a related role.
Strong experience working in Salesforce CPQ and Billing environments.
Proven understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle: Lead-to-Opportunity Quoting CPQ Contract Management Order Management Billing and Revenue Recognition (ASC 606).
Experience with SalesforceNetSuite integration and troubleshooting data synchronization issues.
Experience working in a 60% business / 40% technical role with a balance of stakeholder engagement and hands-on configuration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration: objects page layouts workflows process builder flows validation rules and reports.
Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and documentation.
Excellent communication problem-solving and collaboration skills.
