JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key responsibilities
1. Target Setting & Performance Management
Develop implement and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Hong Kong market.
Align individual and team goals tie to business objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
2. Incentive & Bonus Program Design
Design communicate and manage sales incentive plans and bonus structures to motivate and reward high performance.
Ensure incentive programs are competitive equitable and compliant with local regulations.
Analyze the effectiveness of incentive schemes and recommend adjustments as needed.
3. Local Data System Development & Management
Establish and maintain robust sales data systems and tools tailored to the Hong Kong market.
Collaborate with IT and regional teams to integrate local data processes with global platforms.
Ensure data accuracy integrity and accessibility for reporting and decision-making.
4. Business Insights & Analysis
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance market trends and operational efficiency.
Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and sales force effectiveness enhancements.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales Marketing Finance and HR teams to support sales planning and execution.
Train and support sales teams on SFE tools processes and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration marketing Data Analytics or a related field.
Experience:
3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness Sales Operations or Business Analytics preferably in the health nutrition pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
Proven track record in target setting incentive design and data system management.
