Job Summary
Marketing Internship
Position Overview
The Marketing Intern will support the Bavarian Inn Corporations multi-entity marketing team with hands-on experience in hospitality retail events and destination marketing. This role offers real-world exposure to campaign planning digital content creation promotions and guest engagement strategies across the Lodge Restaurant Waterpark Retail Shops and special events.
This paid internship is ideal for students pursuing Marketing Communications Hospitality or Business who want practical experience supporting an established high-traffic resort brand. The duration of this internship is from May -August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with marketing campaigns promotions and seasonal initiatives
Support social media content creation (photos reels posts captions scheduling)
Update website content and online listings
Support event marketing and on-site activations
Assist with brand consistency across department
Learning Opportunities

Must pass interview and Background checks

Preferred
Currently enrolled in Marketing Communications Hospitality Business or related field
Photography or video editing experience
Event or customer service background
Interest in hospitality tourism or retail industries
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk the property and attend events
Occasional lifting of marketing materials or displays
