Position: Qualified Baker (2 Full-Time Positions)
Location: Currimundi Market Queensland Australia
Role Overview:
We are recruiting two full-time qualified bakers for our Currimundi Market location. Youll be baking a variety of fresh products each day ensuring quality standards and contributing to a positive bakery environment. A passion for baking and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce a variety of baked goods to specification.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.
Support inventory control and production planning.
Work cooperatively with team members for smooth operations
Requirements
Baking qualification (Certificate III or equivalent).
Experience in a commercial bakery (preferred).
Ability to manage early starts and flexible shift hours.
Strong organisational and quality focus.

Required Skills:
AQF Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification OR minimum 35 years relevant commercial baking experience At least 2 years post-qualification or equivalent industry experience Proven experience in artisan and commercial bread production Strong understanding of dough fermentation baking processes and quality control Ability to work early mornings weekends and under pressure Reliable punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
