Position: Qualified Baker (2 Full-Time Positions)

Location: Brookside Shopping Centre Queensland Australia

Role Overview:

We are looking for two full-time qualified bakers to join our Brookside bakery team. You will produce a wide range of freshly baked goods maintain high food quality standards and contribute to efficient bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake quality bakery products.
Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene.
Efficiently use bakery machinery and tools.
Work with colleagues to ensure daily output targets are met

Requirements

Baking trade qualification.

Experience in a commercial bakery environment (preferred).

Reliable attendance and ability to work early hours.

Team-oriented and quality-driven.

Required Skills:

AQF Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification OR minimum 35 years relevant commercial baking experience At least 2 years post-qualification or equivalent industry experience Proven experience in artisan and commercial bread production Strong understanding of dough fermentation baking processes and quality control Ability to work early mornings weekends and under pressure Reliable punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
