Location: Cannon Hill Queensland Australia

Role Overview:

Join us at Bakers Delight Cannon Hill where we are seeking two full-time qualified bakers to help us craft delicious and high-quality bakery products. You will be involved in daily production processes ensuring all items meet our standards and helping to maintain a clean and productive bakery space.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce breads rolls pastries and other products.
Maintain food safety and cleanliness throughout.
Operate baking equipment safely.
Collaborate with team to meet daily production needs.

Requirements

Trade qualification in baking.

Prior bakery experience an advantage.

Strong work ethic and great attention to detail.

Comfortable with early morning starts and shift flexibility.

Required Skills:

AQF Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification OR minimum 35 years relevant commercial baking experience At least 2 years post-qualification or equivalent industry experience Proven experience in artisan and commercial bread production Strong understanding of dough fermentation baking processes and quality control Ability to work early mornings weekends and under pressure Reliable punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
