Performance Objectives for Year One
- Drive Sprint Predictability & Velocity: Within the first 90 days stabilize the delivery cadence for two software squads ensuring that sprint commitments are met with 90% accuracy while maintaining high quality.
- Elevate Agile Maturity: Coach the team to move from doing Agile to being Agile by year-end. This involves mentoring Product Owners on effective backlog refinement and guiding developers toward true self-organization and ownership.
- Optimize Operational Workflows: Audit and re-engineer the current task management and workflow processes (Jira/Kanban) to reduce friction and administrative overhead resulting in a measurable increase in coding time for developers.
- Proactive Risk & Impediment Management: Establish a robust early-warning system for project risks and blockers reducing the average time-to-resolve impediments significantly within the first 6 months.
