- Enable teams to work efficiently within agreed frameworks
- Facilitate planning sessions reviews and retrospectives
- Support the prioritisation and maintenance of delivery backlogs
- Identify obstacles and guide resolutions through collaboration
- Promote open communication and visibility across teams
- Coach individuals to strengthen ways of working
- Encourage accountability ownership and trust within the team
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Degree within Information Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years in a Scrum facilitation role within software delivery teams
- Practical exposure to Agile-based delivery approaches
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement ability
- Solid understanding of delivery metrics and team performance
- Confidence working with technical teams and delivery tools
- Excellent communication and problem solving capability
