About the role
We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Scrum Master to enable high-performing Agile teams and drive consistent predictable value delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive facilitator who thrives on removing impediments improving team flow and strengthening Agile maturity across teams.
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies optimize delivery flow and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure teams consistently meet business priorities and service level expectations. The role requires strong facilitation skills delivery discipline and the ability to translate Agile principles into practical execution.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Scrum Certification (required)
- A tertiary qualification in one of the following will be advantageous: Information Technology Industrial Engineering Electronic Engineering
- Experience
- 3 years experience as a Scrum Master OR 46 years experience in Agile delivery roles with at least 23 years actively performing the Scrum Master role
- Key attributes
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles
- Excellent facilitation and conflict management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with focus on backlog quality sprint commitments and improvement follow-through
- Practical delivery management capability within an Agile framework
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps)
- Ability to use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability
