St. Thomas Community Health Center is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our clinic.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of executive or senior administrative experience (healthcare environment preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience preparing formal committee or board-level minutes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
  • Exceptional organizational skills project management ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
The position requires sustained focus strong organizational discipline and flexibility to shift priorities when needed. Occasional responsiveness to time-sensitive matters outside normal business hours may be required particularly during audits or regulatory activities.
