Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Account Executive Acute Care Staffing for a confidential rapidly growing healthcare staffing organization ranked among the top staffing firms in the United States. This role focuses on new business development within hospital and ambulatory care environments delivering full-service staffing and workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care staffing sales proven success in driving new client acquisition and the ability to build strategic relationships across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive weekly outbound sales activity and achieve defined performance targets

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for hospitals and acute care facilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling email campaigns and networking

  • Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution and activation

  • Present staffing solutions including Nursing Allied Locums Revenue Cycle MSP and technology services

  • Build relationships with hospital leadership including CFOs HR Directors and Procurement

  • Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Maintain and grow client relationships post-contract execution

  • Track and manage pipeline activity through CRM and reporting tools

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience

  • Acute care staffing sales experience required

  • Healthcare staffing industry experience required

  • Strong hunter mentality with proven new business development success

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills

  • Highly self-motivated results-driven and organized

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment

  • U.S. Citizenship required
