Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supervisory and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll play a critical role in driving the efficiency and quality of inter-company operations. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (e.g. Country/Region Treasury Finance Controllers Consolidation Team) manage inter-company processes for specific regions and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Youll specifically take care of developing and integrating processes from regions to the Global Finance Center (GFC) but also standardizing inter-company processes globally.

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
12-15 years of experience in accounting with at least 5 years in team leadership roles in P2P O2C or R2R
Deep understanding of accounting principles
Intermediate skills in ERP systems Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with process automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Strong understanding of internal controls
Ability to build process models
Green Belt in Six Sigma (desirable)
Effective communication team management and time prioritization skills
Customer-centric mindset and data-oriented problem-solving abilities
