As Student Progression Advisor you will play a key role in supporting the seamless administration of academic programs and contributing to an excellent student experience.

Working within a shared services environment youll help manage program-related processes and provide clear accurate guidance across the student lifecycle.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate program-level administrative activities ensuring smooth operations from enrolment through to graduation.
  • Provide informed guidance to students and academic staff on enrolments credit program requirements and progression matters.
  • Manage student cohorts and maintain thorough accurate case records that reflect high standards of service and consistency.
  • Support the resolution of student enquiries collaborating with colleagues to deliver timely and effective outcomes.

These continuing positions are full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus with a possibility of 1 role based at NUspace (Awabakal land).

You will have:

  • Transferrable experience to support student administration processes including enrolment and progression.
  • Strong problem-solving skills ideally with a track record of managing enquiries and applying complex procedures accurately.
  • The ability to build productive relationships work collaboratively and contribute positively to a cohesive team environment.
