We have got an exciting opportunity for Student Recruitment & Support Officer to be part of our team at ECA College (ELICOS and Pathways) in our Brisbane campus.

ELSIS and ECA College are part of the ECA Group and specialise in English language education vocational programs and pathway options for international students. We work closely with education agents and academic teams to support student success and sustainable growth across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly student-focused support across the student journey from enquiry and enrolment to graduation
  • Respond to student enquiries complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner escalating where required
  • Support student orientation enrolment processes and graduation documentation
  • Maintain accurate student records including data entry and profile updates in RTO Manager and related systems
  • Monitor student attendance progress and fee status and assist with compliance reporting in line with ESOS requirements
  • Assist with issuing qualifications and preparing student status reports
  • Work closely with Admissions Academic and Accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery and meet deadlines
  • Support the Head of Student Acquisition (ELICOS & Pathways) with recruitment activities to achieve commencing student targets
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and events including student and agent engagement within approved budgets
  • Assist with recruitment presentations marketing materials and digital promotional activities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of courses entry requirements and pathway options across ELICOS VET programs and Higher Education Pathways.
  • Prepare basic recruitment reports market updates and administrative support as required

As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the education sector ideally in international student recruitment admissions or student services.
  • Basic understanding of the Australian international education framework including ESOS the National Code and RTO standards
  • Ability to support recruitment activities events and student or agent communications
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Confident user of MS Office and student management systems (StudyLink RTO Manager an advantage)
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also using initiative when required
  • Additional language skills relevant to international student markets (Thai Indonesian or Korean preferred)

Educational Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Education Business Marketing Communications or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience

Working Rights

  • Full working rights in Australia required
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of business hours occasionally if required
