Job Summary
Job description:
Pay: $22$24/hour
Location: In person
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
We are seeking a Recruiter to source interview and place temporary and permanent employees. This role involves building a strong candidate pipeline managing client relationships coordinating interviews conducting screenings and orientations and ensuring compliance. The recruiter will communicate daily with clients and candidates resolve payroll and employee relations issues and meet weekly placement and interview metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Entry level - 1 year of experience in staffing/recruiting or related customer service
- Strong computer skills (ATS Microsoft Office job boards social media)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual in English and either Vietnamese or Chinese to assist translation between clients and employees
- Ability to work under pressure meet metrics and handle urgent client needs
- Strong problem-solving relationship-building and analytical skills
