LOCATION: CAL-ORGANIC SHIPPING (LAMONT/COACHELLA)

SHIFT: NIGHT

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Assistant Shipping Supervisor responsible to provide supervisory support to shift supervisor and/or cover in supervisors absence or as needed. What You Will Need:

Must have a minimum of three years of leadership experience in shipping operations including warehousing inventory and office knowledge.
Must have ability to safely drive a forklift.
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Excel and Word.
Must possess good communication skills both verbal and written with mathematical ability.
Must be detail orientated.
Must have ability to instruct and lead employees in the performance of their work.
Must be willing to travel to Coachella 5 months out of the year (November March).
Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish with the ability to speak read and write in both.
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record.
Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.

What Will Set You Apart:

Knowledge of GIS and WMS system preferred.

Total Rewards: $20.75 - $26.00 / HOUR

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
