About the Opportunity

A leading international organization is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join its support team in Porto. This role is focused on providing functional and technical application support to users across multiple banking applications.

You will be responsible for handling incidents problems and change management coordinating with other support teams (ADM Production Operations) and ensuring excellent communication and follow-up with end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to users in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage and follow up on user requests incidents problems and changes
• Coordinate with other support levels (ADM Production Operations and other teams)
• Ensure clear communication with users and provide feedback on issue resolution
• Build and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions
• Develop strong knowledge of business processes and supported applications
• Process specific operational requests (data extraction processing special tasks)
• Create control points and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Produce ad-hoc reporting when needed
