About the role:

• Own and manage a high-volume probate and estate administration practice
• Handle complex non-standard estates including lost informal or international wills
• Prepare and manage NSW Supreme Court probate applications and requisitions
• Apply technical judgement assess risk and determine escalation thresholds
• Lead mentor and drive quality across the probate team
• Oversee team output standards and growth contributions
• Serve as final authority on complex matters

The ideal candidate:

• 510 years high-volume probate and estate administration experience
• Strong NSW probate expertise including Supreme Court requisitions
• Skilled in managing complex unusual or imperfect estates
• Proven ability to run and review large probate volumes independently
• Leadership experience mentoring or guiding a probate team
• Exposure to trusts or trustee-managed estates highly valued
• Detail-driven pragmatic risk-aware and tech-curious
