About the role:

• Lead the Probate practice end-to-end with responsibility for legal quality client outcomes workflow management and team leadership
• Oversee probate letters of administration and estate administration matters across a carefully structured service environment
• Act as the senior technical voice on deceased estates matters supporting lawyers and setting a strong standard across the team
• Work closely with leadership operations and product to improve process lift efficiency and refine the client journey
• Help shape the future direction of the probate offering as the practice continues to grow nationally

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Special Counsel Partner or senior Wills & Estates lawyer with deep probate and estate administration expertise
• Strong technical grounding across grants administration and the practical management of deceased estates
• Confident leading a team and comfortable taking ownership of a practice area
• Commercial enough to recognise the opportunity in a modern legal platform while maintaining strong legal judgment and risk management
• Warm credible and client-focused with the maturity to handle sensitive matters and lead from the front
