As Director of Community Health you will provide high-level strategic and operational leadership across:
- Allied Health
- Mental Health
- Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD)
- Medical Clinic
- Community Care services
You will champion STEEEP healthcare (Safe Timely Effective Efficient Equitable and Patient-centred) while fostering a values-based just culture that supports innovation learning and systems thinking.
Working closely with the CEO and Executive Team you will build strong partnerships across the Hume Local Health Service Network and local agencies to deliver meaningful outcomes for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning service development and growth in community and primary care
- Oversee operational performance quality safety and compliance
- Embed a just values-based and person-centred culture
- Drive innovation and service redesign to meet emerging community needs
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder and partner relationships
- Contribute to whole-of-organisation strategy as a member of the executive team
- Support and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence
