In line with the continued expansion and maturity of our Risk function AP is inviting Expressions of Interest for two Senior Manager Business Risk (Line 1) roles one permanent opportunity and one 12-month maximum term contract.
These roles will support the strengthening of our first line of defence as we scale and enhance our risk management capability across the organisation.

Senior Manager Business Risk (Line 1)
These roles lead risk assessment and mitigation efforts at a portfolio level ensuring operational risks are appropriately identified managed and escalated where required. You will provide guidance to Business Risk Managers drive consistency of approach across the hub model and engage senior stakeholders to influence risk maturity and uplift initiatives.
The Senior Manager plays a key role in shaping risk practices strengthening governance and ensuring the first line of defence operates effectively and cohesively.

In order to be considered for these roles were looking for:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role within the first/second line of risk or audit experience.
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment control implementation and risk mitigation within a complex organizational environment.
- Technology risk experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
