About the role
Rohirrim is seeking an experienced enterprise seller with a proven track record of selling complex software solutions into the government contracting ecosystem and Fortune 500 companies. This role is focused on strategic hunting landing net-new customers among top-tier contractors who serve Federal Agencies as well as large commercial organizations
This is a high-visibility quota-carrying position where you will be expected to open doors at the executive level position Rohirrims unique value in the acquisition workflow space and close transformative deals.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise seller who has consistently exceeded quota in the federal marketplace understands the procurement and contracting environment and can navigate complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
What youll do
- Drive new customer acquisition with large government contractors and systems integrators as well as commercial organizations
- Develop and execute account strategies targeting senior executives program leaders and contracting officers.
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting through executive engagement proposal development negotiation and close.
- Leverage deep industry relationships to open doors and accelerate time-to-close.
- Serve as a trusted advisor educating customers on how Rohirrims GenAI-powered platform can improve mission outcomes.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering Product and Leadership to design tailored solutions for strategic accounts.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and executive-level reporting.
- Represent Rohirrim at senior-level industry events and conferences.
- Will require occasional travel.
Who You Are
- 10 years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong record of consistent quota attainment.
- Deep experience selling into government contractors / federal systems integrators at the executive level.
- Strong network within Defense Aerospace Healthcare and large federal contracting firms.
- Expertise selling complex value-based SaaS or workflow automation solutions.
- Proven ability to introduce new and emerging technologies into the federal marketplace.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar deals and navigating long procurement cycles.
- Polished executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High business acumen and ability to link technical solutions to mission-critical outcomes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with executive stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes contract management and workflow automation.
- Experience with AI data analytics or advanced SaaS platforms.
- Success working in an early-stage (Series A/B) start-up.
- Based in the DC-Metro region.
