Job Overview
The Regional Practice Manager oversees the business and clinical operations for a designated region or group of Community Care clinics. This role leads an operations management team consisting of Nurse Managers and Site Leads supporting a workforce of over 50 providers and their associated clinical and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management:Direct day-to-day business and clinical functions for multiple practice locations.
- Leadership:Supervise a management team ofNurse Managers and Site Leadsto ensure staffing and clinical goals are met.
- Financial Oversight:Independently develop monitor and manage practice budgetsand financial performance.
- Strategic Excellence:Drive continuous improvement in financial outcomes patient satisfaction and clinical quality.
- Risk & Compliance:Ensure all practices comply with organizational governance safety regulations and risk management standards.
Core Competencies
- Expertise in business operations andhuman resources management.
- Strong background in financial management and organizational governance.
- Proficiency in patient care systems and quality management
