Job Summary
The Director of Fixed Operations at Royal Oak Ford serves as the lead department manager overseeing the service parts and body shop departments. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable operations across these key areas maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement within the fixed operations team. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service parts and body shop departments to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve department efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Train mentor and guide department managers and staff to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and industry regulations.
- Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.

- Proven experience in fixed operations management within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple departments.
