Executive Administrative Assistant

The Emerging Markets Equity team is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support to three senior investment professionals based in New York and their direct teams as addition to primary coverage responsibilities this role will include collaboration with the other assistants across the platform to support broader business needs and day-to-day operations. Primary responsibilities include scheduling and maintaining calendars expense management travel arrangements (including international travel and visas) and preparing presentations as needed.

Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 3 5 years relevant administrative support experience preferably in the investment management industry.
Skills
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy and strong organizational skills
- Ability to support multiple individuals and projects concurrently with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently ask for guidance as needed and take direction
- Flexible attitude with the willingness to learn about international financial markets and take on new projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Teams Word Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CoPilot and Concur expense system a plus.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90000 and $110000 per year at the commencement of employment. However base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized
basis and is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may also
include commission earnings incentive compensation discretionary bonuses other short and long-term
incentive packages and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
