Job Summary

Primary Skill: Splunk Dynatrace

Secondary Skill: Production support / Performance Engineering Analysis

REQUIREDSKILL:

- Individual will need to be proficient in the support of Dynatrace Managed including the deployment instrumentation and leveraging the tool as an Application Performance Monitoring capability

- Proven experience with one or more supporting monitoring tools such as Splunk SiteScope Catchpoint

- Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services processing monitoring shell scripts etc.

- Proven experience in programming languages (Java and/)

- Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring

- Proven experience in N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver Middleware Database etc.)

- Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes
