This is a hands-on litigation role offering meaningful responsibility and a hybrid schedule with two days in the office designed to keep in-office time efficient and remote days highly productive. Bay Area office locations include San Francisco and Walnut Creek.

Manage general liability defense matters from initial strategy through resolution
Prepare pleadings written discovery and substantive motion practice
Take and defend depositions including expert discovery when needed
Collaborate on case strategy reporting and client communications
Oversee deadlines filings and day-to-day case management
Compensation ranges from $150000 to $195000 (DOE) and includes bonus eligibility and a full benefits package including medical dental vision life and disability coverage plus a 401(k).
